On our farm, we grow orach for it’s decorative seed heads, which add amazing texture and color to late summer and fall arrangements. This variety is a beautiful blend of mauve, blush, and green.

Growing Instructions: Succession sow from early spring through mid summer. Start seeds in trays, lightly covering with ¼” of soil. Seeds can also be direct-sown. Also known as Mountain Spinach, the leaves of this plant are edible, though they are usually grown by flower farmers for their decorative seed heads.

Daystomaturity: 90 – 100 days for seed heads

Each packet contains at least 100 seeds
