Leucojum (Snowdrops)

$18.00

One of the most darling flowers on our farm, this perennial bulb blooms in the spring with small white flowers that look like little white bells. Stems are quite tall, and a drift of these flowers in your yard will bring a smile to your face. Like daffodils, Leucojum easily naturalize and spread slowly, reblooming year after year.

Our patch of Leucojum has been blooming every spring for the last 6 years, and each year the plants are bigger and better. These make a wonderful cut flower (the stems are tall!) and a beautiful addition to your landscape. Just plant them 6-8” deep as soon as they arrive and wait for flowers to grow in the spring. Please note: these flowers grow wonderfully for us here in Oregon, growing zone 8b, where we have cold winters. If you live in zone 9 or higher you may not be able to grow these as successfully as we do here. A quick google search can show you what your growing zone is.

Our shipment of bulbs is arriving from Holland in mid-October, so these bulbs will be ready for you by the end of October or early November - perfect planting time for these beauties. Please note: agriculture laws prohibit us from shipping out of the country or to California. We are also offering on-farm pickup for local customers - we will notify you of the pickup dates once our bulb shipment arrives. You will choose between pickup or shipping at checkout.

Each order of Leucojum is a bag of 10 bulbs.
